The 2024 Oatlands Village Fayre will take place on the afternoon of Saturday 11th May, from 12:30 to 4:30. As ever, it will take place at Oatlands Recreation Ground, Oatlands Drive, Weybridge.

This popular event raises funds for local charities and community groups, with about half of funds raised going to local Guides and Scouts.  The Fayre is a great day out for families and people of all ages.

There’s a whole host of fun activities ranging from events in the main arena to refreshment tents, tombola, Punch and Judy and many other stalls. The Fayre programme, available at the gates on the day, contains the full list of events, a quiz and details of the fantastic prizes kindly donated by local businesses for the tombola draw.

Each year we feature a main arena event, plus a variety of displays and competitions from local groups. This year we will welcome Ridgeside Falconry with a static display of birds of prey from around the world as well as a flying display in the arena.  The main arena will also feature local dance and music groups, cub and beaver scouts.

You will also find many exciting stalls around the arena that allow you to find out about local organisations, buy tickets for the tombola or other prize winning events - there is even an opportunity to smash plates!

We always have a great selection of homemade cakes, BBQ, hot and cold refreshments and sweet treats, so no need to eat lunch beforehand.

Programmes can be bought at the gates (suggested donation £2).  Programmes will also be available in Weybridge High Street on the 27th and 28th April and at Tesco Brooklands on 7th May.

On behalf of the Scout and Guide groups that benefit from this event, together with many other local charities, we thank you and all our sponsors for the support that you give to Oatlands Village Fayre.
